Online 'Star Wars' Gamers Honor Carrie Fisher

2016-12-30 03:34:36

It appears players in two of the most popular online Star Wars games are honoring and celebrating the life of Carrie Fisher. In Star Wars: The Old Republic, players are reportedly gathering in an area called The House of Organa which is located on Alderaan, the planet where Fisher's Princess Leia was adopted by the Organa family. Meanwhile, players in 'Star Wars Battlefront' are asking the game's developer DICE to release a new version of the Princess Leia playable character. With several other 'Star Wars' games currently in development from Electronic Arts, it wouldn’t also be surprising to see some form of tribute to Fisher in them as well.
