Giuliani Has Wild Press Conference with Dripping Hair Dye

There have been bizarre moments spent with Rudy Giuliani, but it's hard to imagine anything stranger than what happened on Thursday. This included wild claims of everybody, including the president of Venezuela, trying to steal the election away from Trump and what appeared to be black hair dye dripping from his sweating head. And this is the president's attorney, the former mayor of New York.

This was a group effort by Giuliani and four other Trump attorneys  including Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis  held at Republican National Committee headquarters on Capitol Hill. All were alleging a conspiracy to turn the election from a Trump win to a Joe Biden win.

But it was Giuliani everyone was focused on. At one point, to describe how far apart poll watchers were from the action, he compared the situation to the movie "My Cousin Vinny." He said it was one of his favorite law movies, " 'cause he comes from Brooklyn." The president's attorney's favorite law movie stars Joe Pesci.

He continued to discuss illegal votes and claimed they were cast by dead people and Mickey Mouse.

At one point his sweat became mixed with something black and dripped off his head. Many believe it was hair dye, while some have suggested black mascara to touch up his gray sideburns.

Giuliani, Powell, and Ellis spoke for 90 minutes, with none of them wearing a mask. Ellis referred to the group as "an elite strike force team." They discussed conspiracies and claimed a revolution was at hand, to get the election back for Trump.

"It is the 1775 of our generation," said Powell. "Globalists, dictators, corporations, you name it  everybody's against us except President Trump."

Even allies were disturbed by what they saw. Geraldo Rivera said later on Fox News, "I love the president, I wanted him to win the election. What I saw with Rudy Giuliani, who I've known for decades, was bizarre, was unfocused."

The former director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency who was fired this week by Trump, Chris Krebs, opined on Twitter that it was "the most dangerous 1hr 45 minutes of television in American history," adding, "And possibly the craziest."

Campaign officials have said they had a more strategic legal plan to fight the election results in multiple states, but Giuliani convinced Trump that his advisers were misleading him. The president became upset that his attorneys weren't on TV enough.

"I know crimes," Giuliani , to show his knowledge of the fraudulent election. "I can smell 'em." Perhaps that's why Trump told his team to listen to Rudy and follow his cues.

Giuliani claimed to have "hundreds of sworn affidavits" to support his theories yet refused to share the "evidence," as it would put the lives of witnesses at risk. Though he also has not been able to produce this evidence in court, with cases he has brought forward being thrown out.

"The American people are entitled to know this. You don't have a right to keep it from them," Giuliani told the press of his conspiracy theories. He insisted Trump had been "way ahead on election night" and wondered, "How is it they all turned around?"

With Trump losing Michigan and Pennsylvania, Giuliani alleged in Detroit and Philly officials "can get away with whatever they want to, noting "even Tanzania and places that you wouldn't think of had rules about inspectors."

Trump and Giuliani are losing Republican support, but most won't say so publicly. Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) spoke out publicly, as he often does, going up against Trump, and was joined by Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) and Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA).

Giuliani was asked as he was whisked away after the press conference whether he's undermining an election that was fair and accurate. He replied. "We're saving our democracy."

But this is what Trump has chosen. Not that he ever had a chance of turning the election around, but he pushed way all other options to have Giuliani, who hasn't been inside a courtroom in decades, unless he was a litigant, fight this one for him.
