

YouTube recently faced a YouTube video creator who accused the platform of censoring her. Because of her anger she shot YouTube’s California headquarters, wounding three and killing herself. But this is not the first time that the company and its employees have been under threat. Former YouTube employees told Business Insider that YouTube has been threatened various times. YouTube's first community manager, Mia Quagliarello, has been harrassed by such creators. The harasser went as far as to create a crude website fill menacing images and slurs.
