After 15 months in office, we know how Donald Trump reacts towards people whose opinion is different than his or goes up against him: he attacks. With information on James Comey's new book being released on Tuesday and with an interview with ABC on Sunday night, the President went on a tweet binge, all aimed at the former FBI director.

The information released so far from "A Higher Loyalty," Comey's book about his time in the White House, has not been favorable to Trump. HIs ABC interview with George Stephanopoulos was more of the same.

In his book he compares Trump to an "unethical" mob boss and discusses the infamous dossier, saying, "I honestly never thought these words would ever come out of my mouth, but I don't know whether the current president of the United States with with prostitutes, peeing on each other in Moscow in 2013."

In the ABC News special the former FBI director told Stephanopoulos that Trump was "morally unfit to be president" yet also said he was not in favor of impeaching him because it "would let the American people off the hook and have something happen directly that I believe they're duty-bound to do directly." He added, "This president does not reflect the values of this country."

Trump reacted by tweeting, "Unbelievably, James Comey states that Polls, where Crooked Hillary was leading, were a factor in the handling (stupidly) of the Clinton Email probe. In other words he was making decisions based on the fact that he thought she was going to win, and he wanted a job. Slimeball!"

He came back again and addressed the book specifically, calling it "badly reviewed," even though it hasn't even been released yet. The President goes on to state many things that have never been proven, such as the assertion of some type of connection between a campaign contribution to Andrew McCabe's wife and the Clinton email investigation.

"The big questions in Comey's badly reviewed book aren't answered like, how come he gave up Classified information (jail), why did he lie to Congress (jail), why did the DNC refuse to give Server to the FBI (why didn't they TAKE it), why the phony memos, McCabe's $700,00 & more?"

McCabe's attorney, Michael R. Bromwich, responded with his own tweet. "1. The book isn't out, so you don't know what's in it. 2. The Comey and McCabe memos are very real. 3. The Story about 'McCabe's $700,000' has been fully explained. ... 4. Your strategy of attacking beloved former FBI leaders — not smart."

"Comey throws AG Lynch 'under the bus!' Why can't we all find out what happened on the tarmac in the back of the plane with Wild Bill and Lynch? Was she promised a Supreme Court seat, or AG, in order to lay off Hillary. No golf and grandkids talk (give us all a break)!" Trump continued, bringing former Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch and former President Bill Clinton into the mix.

"I never asked Comey for Personal Loyalty," stated the President, regarding something that has been hotly contested after it was included in a Comey memo. "I hardly even knew this guy. Just another of his many lies. His' 'memos' are self-serving and FAKE!"

After a tweet regarding the FBI raid on his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, Tweet came back and wrote, "Slippery James Comey, a man who always ends up badly and out of what (he is not smart!), will go down as the WORST FBI Director in history, by far!"

On Monday, after the Comey interview on ABC, the President tweeted again regarding the former FBI director. "Comey drafted the Crooked Hillary exoneration long before he talked to her (lied in Congress to Senator G), then based his decisions on her poll numbers. Disgruntled, he, McCabe, and the others, committed many crimes!"

It was yet another tweet full of unproven statements and a tiny but of truth in that Comey did admit that he made a decision on Clinton's emails based on the fact that he thought she was going to win.

"Clearly the Jim Comey experience has gotten under his skin," said a former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, Preet S. Bharara. "He doesn't like someone getting airtime who is critical of him," he added. "And the way he deals with it is he lashes out on Twitter."
