A new study says that one drink of alcohol or so a day is deadly. For the study, researchers looked at data from over 600,000 people surveyed in 19 countries. These people were then asked about drinking habits dating back as long ago as 1964. Results show that those who drink more had higher rates of stroke, heart disease, and higher blood pressure. The CDC says more than 38 million American adults admit to binge-drinking once a week.
