In a new interview with 'Good Morning America' Johnny Manziel says he's sober and wants to return to the NFL. Manziel, who last played pro football in 2015, says, "I'm trying to get to a point to come back to be able to step on the football field again in whatever capacity that is." The former Heisman trophy winner and first-round draft pick says he's quit drinking after being diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder. He explains, "I am working to try to make sure I don’t fall back into any type of depression, because I know where that leads me and I know how slippery a slope that is for me."
