According to a North Korean news agency the delegation sent to the Winter Olympics representing North Korea held “frank and candid” talks with South Korean President Moon Jae-in. Despite those talks there was no mention of the North’s invitation to Moon to Pyongyang for a summit. The delegation, is being led by the younger sister of the North’s leader Kim Jong Un. Kim Yo Jong, is said to be charming charming and intriguing the South Korean public, however she still faces deep scepticism over the sincerity from her brother towards improving relations between the North and the South.
