On Tuesday, Saad al-Harari said that he will return to Lebanon from Saudi Arabia within the next two days, ten days after resigning as prime minister citing fears of an assassination attempt. Top Lebanese officials and politicians close to Hariri have accused Saudi Arabia of coercing Hariri to resign, dictating his statement, holding him under house arrest in Saudi Arabia.
