Trump's Controversial Judicial Nominee Failed To Disclose Information

According to a report by The Daily Beast on Tuesday, the thirty-six year-old lawyer nominated by President Donald Trump for a lifetime federal district judgeship was deemed "not qualified" by the American Bar Association, and also failed to disclose that he is married to a top White House lawyer. Brett Talley, nominated by Trump to an Alabama vacancy, also has a history as a ghost hunter and has written several books about paranormal activities. In his disclosure form, Talley failed to mention his marriage to Ann Donaldson, chief of staff to White House counsel Donald McGahn, despite being asked to list any family members who were "likely to present potential conflicts of interest."
