18 year old Maxwell Gruver died last month due to a suspected hazing incident at the Phi Delta Theta house at Louisiana State University. The Blood Alcohol level of the freshman from Roswell Georgia was six times the legal limit. Ten men have been charged in his death. Matthew Naquin, 19, faces the most serious charge of negligent homicide. Phi Delta Theta’s national organization has shuttered the Louisiana State University chapter.
