New Speed Record Set By $3 M Bugatti Chiron

According to a report by Business Insider, on Monday, Bugatti demonstrated the awesome capabilities of its newest car, unleashing a record setting run that saw the Chiron accelerate from 0 to 400 kilometers per hour - which translates to approximately 249 miles per hour - before coming to a stop in just 41.96 seconds, making it the fastest production vehicle to ever complete this type of run. With an electronically limited top speed of 261 mph, The Chiron has not yet vied for the outright speed record of 267 mph, held by the Veyron Super Sports, but experts say that will likely change in the near future.
