On Thursday, four sources have said that Japan's army will give thousands of helicopter parts to the Philippine military, helping them against China, to secure influence over the South China Sea nation. Military diplomacy is the method that Japan will now take to disapprove China's bid for control of the contested South China Sea. Japan worries that China will show such behavior in the sea that will results in the sale of arms and development aid to countries surrounding the busy waters.
