Former Champion Miguel Cotto is set to return to the ring on August 26th against Japanese power punching sensation Yoshihiro Kamegai. The 36 year-old Cotto has had only four fights since December of 2012 and has been discussing the possibility of his retirement for over a year. A rangier fighter than Cotto, Kamegai is a power puncher who overwhelms his opponent with crisp, accurate punching. While Cotto, a future hall of famer, is sure to enter the fight the clear favorite, many believe that Kamegai may be able to pull off the upset win. The fight is set to take place at the Stubhub Center in Carson, California and will be televised live on HBO.
