26-year-old Richard Rojas pleaded not guilty on Thursday to murder and attempted murder. Rojas has been accused of intentionally hitting pedestrians on a Times Square sidewalk, killing one woman and injuring 22 others. After climbing out from the wreck, photographers captured pictures of Rojas, who looked wild-eyed as he ran through the streets waving his arms. The U.S. Navy veteran and Bronx resident told police that he had been smoking marijuana laced with PCP.
