On Thursday, Native American high school students from wyoming walked out of a performance of the musical "The Fantasticks." The 1960 musical is about two fathers who trick their children into falling in love by pretending to feud. it has a scene in which characters dress up as and villainize Native Americans. Attendees were also upset over the casual use of the word "rape" in the dialogue. The walkout prompted a boycott by another summer camp, Upward Bound. the group canceled plans to attend Saturday's performance by University of Wyoming's Department of Theater and Dance.
