Rebels Say Coalition Aircraft Struck Syrian And Iranian Militias

A rebel group in Syria backed by the US-led coalition stated an air strike hit a convoy of Syrian and Iranian-backed militias.
The militias were reportedly heading towards a base in southern Syria where U.S. special forces are stationed.
A rebel official added that US-led coalition jets struck the convoy.
The official stated that the advancing Syrian and Iranian militias that were about 27 kilometers from the base.
Supported by the Pentagon, the Maghawir al Thwra group began to skirmish with the militias prior to the air strike.
