A false alarm caused a crowd of people to start running out of New York’s Penn Station this week. They believe gunshots had been fired, after a policemen used a loud taser on someone. Overall, 16 people were injured, because of the panic. NYPD Chief William Morris, stated, “About 6:30 tonight, we received numerous calls for shots fired in and around Penn Station. As officers responded, we learned that the Amtrak police had deployed a Taser, the likely source of the sound and the ensuing 911 calls.”
