On Wednesday a white man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder "as a crime of terrorism" for the fatal stabbing of an African-American in New York last month. James Jackson, turned himself in to police on March 22 after authorities circulated security-camera footage of him. Jackson is the suspect in the killing of 66-year-old Timothy Caughman. In an interview, Jackson told police that he traveled from Baltimore to New York to kill multiple black men. He said he hoped his killing spree in New York would refrain black men from dating white women.
