Driver Arrested Near White House After Claiming to Have Bomb

A man has been detained by the Secret Service near the White House grounds. According to NBC News, as the man was driving up to a checkpoint, he said he had a bomb in his car. The suspect had claimed to have "a bomb in the trunk" of a stolen Chevrolet Impala while he was clasping something in his right hand. According to White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, the incident had occurred just hours after another person had been apprehended for jumping over a bike rack outside the White House fence on Pennsylvania Avenue,
