On Thursday a former U.S. Congressional candidate was found guilty by a Tennessee jury of plotting to gather a militia and attack the upstate New York Muslim community of Islamberg in 2015. The group planned to burn down the community's mosque and shoot anyone who tried to stop them. After watching Fox News reports, Robert Doggart, 65, believed Islamberg residents were training for guerrilla warfare against the West. He was taken into custody following Thursday's verdict.
