Indiana State Police are hoping to identify and track down a man photographed at the Delphi Historic Trails on Monday, around the time two teenage girls were killed there. According to the Indianapolis Star, 14 year old Liberty German and 13 year old Abigail Williams were dropped off at the popular hiking spot around 1pm Monday, their bodies found Tuesday on a section of private property only accessible by foot, approximately 50 feet from the Deer Creek shore. The man seen in the area at the time was wearing jeans, a dark blue jacket, and a hood. According to police, "We are asking help from the public to help identify him so he can be contacted regarding what he might have seen," adding "There is somebody out there who did this, and we're going to track them down."
