U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren promised she would address historic injustice and inequality toward African-Americans. According to Reuters, she and other Democrats are challenging Joe Biden’s dominance among black voters. Warren called for “a full-blown national conversation about reparations” for slavery. The Democratic contender said the government created the racial divide in America. Therefore, the federal government has the “obligation to fix it.”
