Biden Proposes $1.3 Trillion Infrastructure Plan

2019-11-15 04:26:291 Oct 2018 01:53 AM EST

Joe Biden has announced a new $1.3 trillion in infrastructure plan. If elected President, he would invest in electric car charging stations, high-speed railroads, and clean-energy research. Biden also vowed to respond to a “full-blown recession” among U.S. manufacturers. He would increase funding for public-partnerships that support those businesses. He would invest $6 billion over three years in places that have experienced mass layoffs. Biden is currently leading the field for the 2020 Democratic nomination.
