Many people are joining the "no poo" movement by not using shampoo, or only using more natural methods to wash. According to Business Insider, when you stop shampooing your hair, your scalp could adjust how much oil it produces. And over time, you may have healthier, more manageable hair. But there's a catch. To avoid clogging up hair follicles with dirt and oil, it's still important to at least massage the scalp regularly and rinse it with water at the very least. Otherwise, 'no 'poo-ers' run the risk of scalp acne, greasy-looking hair, skin infections, and generally smelling funky!
