Venezuelans are in for another six years of socialist President Nicolas Maduro. According to CNN, Maduro was sworn in for a second term on Thursday amid a longstanding economic crisis. Following a disputed election, Maduro is also facing pressure from some Latin American neighbors that won't recognize his presidency. In a speech after his swearing-in ceremony, Maduro called himself "a truly democratic president," and decried what he said was a "permanent campaign of lies" about him and his late predecessor, Hugo Chavez.
