Here’s a look at the six teams that can clinch a postseason berth, win their division, or lock up a bye this week:

NFC South – New Orleans Saints (10-2): at Tampa Bay

-  Can clinch the NFC South with a win/tie or with a Carolina Panthers loss/tie.

-  If they lose, the Saints can clinch a playoff berth with a Minnesota loss, a Philadelphia loss/tie, and a Washington loss/tie.

NFC West – Los Angeles Rams (11-1): at Chicago Bears

- Have clinched the NFC West.

-  Can clinch a first-round bye with a win.

AFC South – Houston Texans (9-3): vs. Indianapolis Colts

-  Can clinch the AFC South with a win and a Tennessee loss/tie. They can also win the division with a tie, if Tennessee loses.

AFC West – Kansas City Chiefs (10-2): vs. Baltimore Ravens

-  Can clinch a playoff berth with a win or a tie. If they lose, they can still punch their ticket with a Miami loss/tie, an Indianapolis loss/tie, and a Tennessee loss/tie.

AFC West – Los Angeles Chargers (9-3): vs. Cincinnati Bengals

-  Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, a Miami loss/tie, a Denver loss/tie, an Indianapolis loss/tie, and a Tennessee loss/tie. If the Chargers tie, they would need a Miami loss, a Denver loss, an Indianapolis loss/tie, and a Tennessee loss/tie (as long as both the Colts and Titans don’t both tie).

AFC East – New England Patriots (9-3): at Miami Dolphins

-  Can clinch the AFC East with a win or a tie.
