Business Insider recently listed skin care products that dermatologist say aren't worth the purchase, because they aren't effective. The first on their list is toner. Patients love love toner for how cool it makes their skin feel, but honestly it's really only effective at drying out skin. Oral or topical collagen supplements aren't going to change your skin in anyway. Finally, their isn't any evidence that exfoliating scrubbing brushes are as beneficial as their advertisements say.
