Dr. Christine Blasey Ford accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault in September. According to her lawyers, she is still getting threats over the allegations. Kavanaugh was confirmed as Supreme Court Justice on October 6. "Justice Kavanaugh ascended to the Supreme Court, but the threats to Dr. Ford continue," her lawyers, Debra Katz, Lisa Banks and Michael Bromwich, told NPR. On September 27, Ford gave a tearful testimony during a public Senate hearing, in which she recalled when Kavanaugh allegedly assaulted her at a party in the early 1980s. Her neighbors and colleagues created a GoFundMe account to help with the expenses.
