Lately, low-carb diets are getting a lot of attention, especially with the rise of the keto diet. Thankfully, there are plenty of tasty foods that are also low in carbs. According to Business Insider, cheese crisps are a good alternative to crackers. Instead of rice, riced cauliflower has become a popular staple in a low-carb diet. It can be found pre-made in the frozen aisle at the grocery store or it can be made at home in a food processor. Dietitian Kelsey Peoples suggests swapping out pasta with zucchini noodles. Not only are they low-carb, but they're also high in minerals like potassium.
