U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions was in a fighting mood on Thursday. He's going after federal courts that issue nationwide injunctions. Such injunctions have become a favored tool of states and other groups opposing the Trump administration. They allow one judge in one federal district to block the implementation of new rules across the U.S. According to Reuters, AG Sessions also accused federal judges of engaging in “judicial activism.”
