On Tuesday, Primary's were held in Florida and Arizona. Liberal Democrats and conservative Republicans loyal to Donald Trump scored victories. According to Reuters, the insurgent wings of the parties won out over moderates. Democrats swung left in the Florida primary, selecting Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum. Gillum, a hard left progressive, would be the first black Governor of Florida. In Arizona, Rep. Martha McSally fended off two hard-line conservatives to win a nod for the senate. However, McSally had to take adopt Trump's hardline position on immigration. Election Day this year is November 6.
