Cool your room to a comfortable temperature, either by turning down the A/C or turning on the fan. Try buying cooler pajamas, cotton is usually cooler. Closing your curtains during the day keeps your room cooler by the time night comes around. Change your sheets to be a lighter material, like cotton.
