According to Reuters, the sitting US president and North Korea's leader granted each other concessions in the beginning of negotiations deescalating nuclear proliferation.
North Korea's Kim Jong Un agreed to work towards denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula, while US President Donald Trump agreed to halt military exercises with South Korea.
But Trump's surprise concession at a summit in Singapore even caught South Korean President Moon Jae-in’s government in Seoul off guard.
A statement from the presidential Blue House added they need to find out the precise meaning or intentions of President Trump's concession.
