Senate Republicans Aren't As Excited As Trump About Corey Stewart's Virginia Win

President Donald Trump is excited about Corey Stewart’s primary win in the Virginia Senate race. Meanwhile, Senate Republicans certainly aren’t pleased. The Senate GOP's campaign arm hasn't endorsed Stewart. Stewart has made defending Confederate monuments a central part of his political career. GOP chairman Cory Gardner said that the committee has "no plans" to spend any money endorsing Stewart. Stewart will be running against Democratic Senator Tim Kaine.
