Ivanka Trump did not attend the historical meeting between Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un. But she tweeted out some words of support for her father’s attempts to speak to Jong Un. Ivanka tweeted: “Those who say it can not be done, should not interrupt those doing it.” The quote was allegedly a Chinese proverb but many Chinese people are saying that it is not. Some online users said that “Western people like to make up Chinese proverbs.”
