Really, Facebook? Bug Publicly Shared 14m Users' Private Messages

Facebook is in the social media doghouse once again.
The platform has mistakenly made the private posts of some 14 million users on its network publicly visible.
The misstep comes at a time when the company’s privacy practices have been called into question.
This latest glitch was blamed on a bug that appeared during Facebook’s testing of a new feature.
According to Digital Trends, the bug affected posts between May 18-22, 2018.
However, Facebook didn’t correct the issue and recategorize these posts as private until May 22nd.
