A New York state appeals court will allow a defamation lawsuit filed against President Donald Trump to proceed.
Filed by Summer Zervos, the suit contends that Trump made unwanted sexual advances towards her in 2007.
Zervos was a contestant on 'The Apprentice' in 2005 during Trump's tenure as the show's host.
According to the lawsuit, Trump kissed Zervos against her will during a meeting in New York, and later groped her at a Beverly Hills hotel in 2007.
She initially came forward with her allegations a month before the 2016 election, after the release of a controversial Access Hollywood tape from 2005.
