Michael Cohen is coming under fire once again. Cohen reportedly offered Qatar a consulting session on possible U.S. investments for at least $1 million. Cohen said this during a meeting with the former head of the Qatar Investment Authority, Ahmed al-Rumaihi. According to Al-Rumaihi, Qatar investing in Midwestern factories would help cities and be great PR. Yet Qatar declined Cohen’s offer and there was never an exchange of money.
