There are some sneaky food mistakes you could be making daily that could be affecting your health. Dirty food habits tend to cause a variety of unhealthy side effects. Many of us wait too long in between meals. This can set up a failure to eat in a controlled manner at your next meal. To avoid waiting too long, eat a nutritious snack or meal every four hours. One of the biggest food mistakes is not paying attention to how much we're snacking throughout the day. To prevent this from happening, try keeping a food diary to monitor your eating habits. Drinking your calories is another huge food mistake we make. Our brains don't register these calories, so they don't make us feel full.
