Last week in the White House, aide to President Donald Trump Kelly Sadler "joked" that John McCain's opposition to CIA nominee Gina Haspel didn't matter because "he's dying anyway." TheArizona senator is battling terminal brain cancer. The Trump administration has refused to apologize for the remark and has not punished Sadler. White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, when asked about the comment, said, "I'm not going to get into a back and forth because people want to create issues of a leaked meeting. I'm not going to comment on an internal staff meeting."
