The fallout from Gabrielle Union's controversial exit from"America's Got Talent" continues. According to CNN, members of Union's team are scheduled to meet with representatives from NBC. Both parties are committed to investigating allegations of a "toxic" and "racially insensitive" work environment. Union, along with fellow "AGT" judge Julianne Hough, will not be returning for the 2nd season of "America's Got Talent: The Champions". Union alleges her contract was not picked up after urging the show's producers to report an incident involving a racist joke. Union also alleges that she was told her hairstyles on the show were "too black". A separate report alleges workplace tension between Union and Simon Cowell, a judge and an executive producer on the series.
