A new study says limiting social media usage to 30 minutes a day can lead to big improvements in your well-being. According to Business Insider, research was done by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania. For the study, students were either put into a group that was instructed to limit their social media usage, or continue using normally. After three weeks, the students were asked questions to assess their mental health. In the group with limited social media, researchers say students found their levels of anxiety and FOMO decline.
