Several nutritionists have made it clear that raw vegetable have more nutrition than cooked vegetables. However, there are several vegetables that actually contain more nutrition when their cooked. For instance, Business Insider made a list of great different vegetables when their cooked. For instance, cooked tomatoes release cancer-fighting antioxidant. Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Cabbage actually have more advantages when they're cooked and more disadvantages when their raw.
