Sometimes if you've eaten an early, light dinner you can find yourself felling peckish late at night. Or, maybe you're just looking to snack as you're staying up to binge-watch your favorite show. Unfortunately, eating late at night or in the middle of the night may be the worst time of day to eat. But if the cravings come and you just can't kick them, opt for these healthier choices instead of the ice cream or pizza. Sugar-free yogurt with a handful of fresh berries is a good alternative to satiate your sweet tooth. Air-popped or stovetop popcorn with olive oil and salt is a great choice instead of potato chips. And nut butter on fruit is a perfect snack for those craving both savory and sweet.
