Legal woes continue for Robin Thicke and Pharrell.
A federal appeals court upheld a copyright infringement verdict against them.
The suit is over their 2013 hit song Blurred Lines.
The court said the song illegally copied from Marvin Gaye's Got to Give it Up.
Marvin Gaye's family is entitled to the $5.3m it was previously awarded.
