Miley Cyrus has been sued by songwriter Michael “Flourgon” May for copyright infringement. He claims Cyrus’ hit “We Can’t Stop” closely resembles his song own “We Run Things.” May adds “We Run Things” reached No. 1 in May’s home country of Jamaica back in 1988. Court documents show May is suing Cyrus for over $300 million.
