Late last year, Jimmy Fallon's mother passed away. When he returned to 'The Tonight Show,' Taylor Swift’s performance of “New Year’s Day" made the TV host cry. He and Swift hugged when the song ended. On Thursday night's episode of the late night show, musician Jack Antonoff of The Bleachers discussed producing and co-writing Swift's latest album, Reputation. Antonoff said that he wrote the song "New Year's Day" "very quickly." He added that he prefers writing with just one other person. He explained, “I only work with one other person, where you can buy the delusion together, and you can say something and not feel embarrassed."
