The he said/she said case of Nicole Eggert and Scott Baio just went to the next level.

Every time she throws sexual assault at him, he denies it, which makes her come out even stronger the next time, which makes him bounce back at her even more harshly.

Now, she's finally been pushed to file a police report.

Eggert claims that when she and Baio starred on Charles in Charge together that he molested her when he was a young man and she was a teenager.

This started in a conversation on Twitter when she was asked about his support of Donald Trump, as the actor spoke at the 2016 Republican National Convention in favor of the billionaire, and has been defending him ever since.

Eggert replied, "Ask @scottbaio what happened in his garage at his house when I was a minor. Creep." When pushed for more details, she referred to herself as a "molested child" and asked, "What is ur explanation for him fingering me at age 14?"

She had previously said publicly that she lost her virginity to him.

The actor's wife, Renee Baio, tweeted that their lawyers had served Eggert with cease-and-desist letters. He then did a Facebook Live video noting that she'd made these claims before when she was promoting reality TV shows. He suggested she go to the police with any legitimate claims.

And now she has. She's being represented by well-known attorney Lisa Bloom, who confirmed a police report was filed.

"We will fully cooperate with the LAPD investigation," Bloom tweeted. "Many have reached out to Nicole and me to say that they witnessed inappropriate behavior from Scott Baio when Nicole was underage. If anyone else has information about this matter, please contact us."

"We started filming the show in September of '86 when I was 14, and he immediately took to me and befriended me and earned my trust," Eggert said in a recent interview on Today.

"And then he started expressing his love for me ... and talking about marriage in the future. And then I was still 14, before my 15th birthday, we were at his house, in his car in his garage, and he reached over, and he penetrated me with his finger. And that is when the sexual touching, abuse started, after that."
