For the spring/summer 2018 Adam Lippes show on Saturday, models were sent down the runway after a thorough lip-volumizing session, courtesy of a device known as Perk. Perk, a portable, in-office treatment, uses a gentle suction process (read: no needles) to exfoliate dead skin cells off of lips, while simultaneously plumping them — all in less than 10 minutes. Following the lip treatment, aestheticians used the same device to give models' a makeshift facial — the exfoliating wand sucked up dead skin cells, which brightened skin and gave cheeks a natural rosy flush — before GlamSquad makeup artists created the final look: the dewy, no-makeup makeup look we've seen season after season.
