On Friday a judge threw out radio DJ David Mueller's lawsuit against Taylor Swift, determining that Swift "did not act improperly" when she reported that Mueller had allegedly groped her during a Denver, Colorado, meet-and-greet in 2013. Mueller claimed that Swift's story caused him to be fired from country station KYGO-FM, but the judge said there was insufficient evidence to prove this allegation. Swift has filed a countersuit against Mueller for $1 for assault and battery. That suit still stands, and will be deliberated by the judge on Monday.
